1. Who I am

This website is run by me, Constanza Marini, working as COMA. This page explains what personal data is collected when you visit the site, why, and what rights you have over it. Data controller:

2. Data collected when you browse

When you visit the site, the server automatically records some technical data:

• IP address
• date and time of the request
• pages requested
• HTTP status code
• browser type, language and version
• operating system

I use this data for one reason only: to display the website correctly and keep it secure and stable. It is not used to identify you.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) — my legitimate interest in running a secure, functioning website.

The website is hosted by Siteground – Italy, which processes this data on my behalf as data processor under Art. 28 GDPR.

3. When you contact me

If you write to me through the contact form or by email, I process the data you choose to share — name, email address, and the content of your message — for one purpose: answering you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (my legitimate interest in replying to enquiries). I keep this correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request. If we end up working together, the data becomes part of our professional relationship and is kept according to legal retention obligations (e.g. tax and accounting law).

4. Cookies

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), integrated through the Site Kit plugin. It helps me understand how visitors use the site. IP addresses are collected in anonymized form. Analytics cookies are set only if you agree. You can give or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie banner. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States. Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

5. Google Fonts

This website uses Google Fonts to display its typography. The fonts are loaded from Google servers, which means your browser transmits your IP address to Google when the site loads. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — my legitimate interest in a consistent visual presentation of the site.

6. Social links

The site contains links to my profiles on Instagram, Behance and LinkedIn, and to my book on Amazon. These are plain links, not embedded plugins: no data is transferred to these platforms just by visiting my site. Once you click through, the privacy policy of the respective platform applies.

7. How long your data is kept

I keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as long as the law requires me to. When neither applies anymore, the data is deleted.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access — ask whether I process data about you, and receive a copy of it along with information about purposes, recipients and retention.
• Rectification — have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed.
• Erasure (“right to be forgotten”) — have your data deleted where processing is no longer necessary, where you withdraw consent, or where data was processed unlawfully.
• Restriction of processing — for example while the accuracy of your data is being verified.
• Data portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
• Objection — object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on legitimate interest. Where data is processed for direct marketing, you may object at any time, including to related profiling.
• Withdrawal of consent — withdraw any consent at any time, with effect for the future. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@comacreative.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Italy, this is the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali — www.garanteprivacy.it.

9. AI transparency

COMA integrates AI tools into its creative workflows, always under human direction. Where project visuals shown on this website have been generated or significantly modified with AI, this is disclosed in the respective project description. No AI system on this website interacts with visitors or processes their personal data.

10. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy when the website, the tools it uses, or the law change. The current version is always the one published on this page Last updated: July 2026
